In the course entitled STRATEGIC FOOD SERVICE DEVELOPMENT, second year food service management masters students must prepare a project where they have to set table displays with food menu and table decorations.
As part of the requirements, the students must include a nutritional fact and dietetic study for each menu. Furthermore, they have to provide one company that is involved in this kind of events as well as a special promotional display area for each company.
Students displayed events and decoration from the first valentine till the 25th wedding anniversary.
