A Taste of Spain at Mosaic

From May 14 to May 20, The Mosaic restaurant at the Phoenicia Hotel, Beirut, is collaborating with the Spanish embassy to bring you traditional delicacies and various dishes from the Spanish cuisine at 45 USD per person, with a highlight on seafood on the 18^th at 55 USD per person.

During the opening night, guests began arriving at 8 pm, including staff members from the Spanish embassy and a lot of socialites. The restaurant manager, along with the top chef, opened the buffet to the guests by explaining the available variety of dishes present, from paella and shrimps to salmon and cold cuts. The soft Spanish music provided the right ambiance to the relaxed evening as everyone enjoying their delicious meal.
