Heartbeat Goes Back to the 80’s for a Great Cause

On a weekly basis there are awesome events to enjoy around town but when an event is put together for a great cause there is a meaning behind the good time. Heartbeat, a non-profit association in Lebanon whose mission is to treat children with congenital heart disease, put together an upbeat evening that went “Back to the 80’s”, in an epic way!

The event held at the Casino du Liban, was a fundraiser for the amazing children who unfortunately have been diagnosed with heart problems. Many artists took part in the show as well as many showed up in support. A near full house of guests enjoyed a show that covered crowd favorites from English, French, and Latino, including megastars like Madonna, Michael Jackson and the Police as well as hits reviving the endless nights of disco and dance.

Heartbeat has treated hundreds of children with congenital heart disease. It is the result of an ingenious mix of medical instruments with musical ones, combining a medical corps, a musical band, and a group of volunteers from all walks of life.
