For those of you who don’t know, Oktoberfest is a 16-day festival that celebrates beer. Oktoberfest is held annually in Munich, Bavaria, Germany, where more than 6 million people from around the world attend…Here in Lebanon we have our mini versions of Oktoberfest, because why not celebrate beer?!
This past weekend people from all over Lebanon packed the souk for an amazing Oktoberfest at Zouk Mikael. Many types of beer brands set up stands along with food stations, so needless to say tummies were more than happy. The Blue Wheat band performed live during the festival for added entertainment, as well as a large group of about 50 bikers were present showing off their hogs as part of the Harley Davidson opening show. Night two saw live DJs and Zumba Night, while night three wrapped up the festivities with a fun Karaoke night by Drink & Sing.
