Zabad, one of the many restaurants that have opened on Beirut’s gorgeous Zaitunay Bay, is a new approach to Lebanese cuisine. Zabad, meaning sea foam in Arabic, combines traditional Lebanese recipes with French cuisine and the result is a contemporary and refined presentation, distinct taste, and unique twist to its flavor.
After 12 years of hard work, and after 25 years of living outside the country, Karim Haidar officially opened the doors to his modern and stylish Lebanese restaurant, Zabad, last week.
The opening welcomed many VIP customers and several media representatives who enjoyed refreshing Mojitos and stylish Lebanese finger food with a twist.
