Un Deux Trois: The New Way to Lunch

Un Deux Trois is the new lunch set menu that just launched at the Phoenicia hotel’s beautiful rooftop restaurant with a view to kill, Eau De Vie. Now you can enjoy that view on any day of the week, and thanks to the new menu that aims to serve three different categories of eaters,  Eau De Vie has become the lunchtime destination in Beirut. Not only can you look ahead at Beirut’s skyline, the Mediterranean Sea, and the beautiful parked yachts in the bay, the food is delicious, and the place sophisticated,  accessible and surprisingly affordable (set menus are priced between 22,000 – 57,000 LBP!)

The “Pink Sparkle” menu aims at those who want to indulge themselves for lunch, and offers a glass of house wine, a cosmopolitain or bellini cocktail, or a divine Mimossa sparkling wine with orange juice, along with a choice of three succulent salads and a chocolate dessert. “The Healthy Way” lunch speaks for itself  – offering a quick and healthy bite for those in a hurry, with a choice of seven hearty and delectable salads. The “Business Lunch” offeres the eaters with a good appetite a 3-course meal composed of a choice of one of three entrees, one of three main affairs and some sweet closure (six options to choose from). Veggies that look like they were just picked, meat that melts in your mouth, and the most exquisite desserts and drinks await you daily. It’s the perfect destination for a leisurely daytime meal, a quick bite or a lunch meeting.
