Luxury Italian watchmakers Panerai launched their stunning new collection watches at Le Gray hotel’s rooftop restaurant on Wednesday with a private lunch for media and friends of the brand. The exclusive gathering presented an opportunity to showcase the latest pieces, some of which incorporated design elements from vintage classic models, had own movements and remarkable 8 day power reserve. Guests ogled the beautiful models and their details, from the black and brown leather straps with stitching detail, the steel and rose gold cases, and various dials and elements. Panerai, which until 1993 was exclusively made for the Royal Italian Navy, still uses state of the art technology in addition to elegant design to stand out in the luxury watch market. After hearing about the new features of the timepieces, and getting a first hand look at the pieces, guests enjoyed a delicious lunch and mingled over a luscious meal at Le Gray’s Indigo on the Roof.
