Crowds poured into the Mzaar Kfardebian ski resort on Saturday as Lebanon’s ski season finally got underway. It was way overdue but as they say, it’s better late than never! Men, women, children and pets enjoyed the freshly fallen snow on the peaks of the mountains, playing, skiing, snowboarding and just enjoying the refreshing winter that many thought might not come at all this year. While some climbed the peaks in search of thrills, others gathered around the entrance of the ski resort enjoying a perfectly sunny day in the beautiful Lebanese mountains. Chopin Vodka were there too, to provide refreshing quality vodka for passers by. A girl wearing a creative shot-glass-holding skirt, and other Chopin hostesses served the guests and made sure they were having a good time. Everyone enjoyed a glorious day in Mzaar and this year’s snow was certainly worth the wait!
