After the end of this year’s successful HORECA exhibition for the food industry, participating chefs were invited for a special dinner outing at one of Beirut’s newest foodie havens. The long-awaited and newly-opened Italian eatery Mario e Mario in Beirut’s trendy Mar Mikhael district welcomed the chefs for a special dinner. The talented chefs got a special taste of the authentic, home-type Italian specialties, cooked by two chefs named Mario from Napoli and Calibria. They enjoyed the fine cuisine and bonded over the great food, and their recent experiences at the 2014 HORECA show.
