There are always so many holiday events in Lebanon, it has become difficult to keep track, but an event as huge as this one definitely sticks out. Show Dance at Forum De Beirut was hosted by Camilla Zard, Elie Khoury, Samir Machaalany, Yasser Dahrouge, Jad Soda, Karl Afif, Anthony Matar, Alex Boulos, Miguel Bassil, Chris Corm, Lena Aridi, Ricardo Barakat, in collaboration with Charles De Cazanoves Champagne. The event brought about 1,500 fresh faces ready to party!
The night of entertainment was full and extremely diverse. Skybar resident who blasted out Hip Hop tunes, Geo offered up a DJ set. Guitar players and a keyboard master, Marc Saade, Marwan Hayek and Charlie Azzam (Beyond Origins Band) joined in the fun, as well as NRJ Lebanon’s 99.1 Hip Hop guru Base (of The Base Sessions). Heat the man behind great remixes and mind-blowing mash ups literally mixed it up a bit, mashing up a Commercial House set. CKaram the man behind every techno-ik sound offered up groves and melodies that heated up cold bodies. MC Dub K closed out the evening with a full Rap set.
Along with this full list of famed local DJ’s, Show Dance showcased dancers, a firework show, prizes/gifts and giveaways! Adding a special twist on the evening, 20+ photographers were invited to slap photos for a photography competition. VJ Mosig added visual masterpieces via a 3D mapping display on top of the stage. The bar was sponsored by Pepper Nightclub…I can go on and on about this event but I will let the photos tell you more!
