Lines of valet personnel were lined up, dressed in pure white garments marked Pier 7, ready to welcome the elite into Beirut’s new nightclub sensation. Guest lists were filled, reservations were made and VIP bottle service tables were set and ready for the positive pandemonium that was guaranteed to take place tonight.
When clock stuck the much anticipated 10PM, doors into another world opened. DJ Patrick Chouchani immediately started playing the best rock and pop hits backed by steady beats that resonated from the speakers. He created a positive lounge feeling to ease the crowd into what would become an exceptionally wild night.
Beautiful bodies rapidly occupied seats, while the once clear tables filled up with bottles and full glasses of complementary drinks from stocked open bar.
The beautifully constructed Pier 7 was full of visual displays to stimulate the publics’ senses. Lights dimmed while colored strobes flashed across the crowd. Other noteworthy visuals included colored water fountains bursting into the air and gorgeous fireworks that filled the sky above with color and light. VIP booths were tinted for privacy but inside guests indulged in the feeling of being under the sea with mural walls.
Once the venue was completely occupied by club goers, center stage shined with talented trapeze artists offering a beautiful show to the attendees. DJ Joey (founder and owner of LaLa Land music) kept the night raging with commercial hip-hop jams and crowd favorite house music.
The opening of Pier 7th went off without a hitch. BNL will be there all summer to experience the best in nightlife, music and entertainment. What a night!
