Moulin Rouge at Plum

Plum Bar on Monot transformed into a Moulin Rouge world on Halloween. Organized by Eventality, unlike most Halloween party it was elegant, sophisticated and really elite. Most guests came in wearing their best, from long satin gloves to bow ties.
