On Wednesday night Secteur 75 was taken over the Kitchen Central, Beirut’s gourmet catering and cooking academy for an intense night of delicious pleasures. Kitchen Central’s chef designed a special appetizing menu exclusively for Secteur 75 for that night. Foodies gathered at the exceptional event for a fabulous 5-course sharing menu with inspiration from around the world that included such delicacies as a tartare de saumon, bresaola au vrai pistou, chevre tapenades, fricassée de champignons, salade de carottes from Morocco, ceviche au loup de mer from Peru, Saltimbocca from Italy, and duck with sauce bigarade, among many other mouthwatering items. The selection of desserts were even more enticing, and the food-loving crowd had a delicious night at the popular Mar Mikhael bar.
