What Are The Marks on Miley Cyrus’ Arm?

Back in April, mysterious scratch marks were spotted on Miley Cyrus’ arm and speculations about self-mutilation went around, but Miley denied having a problem although she never specified what the marks were from. Today, Miley was spotted in LA with similar marks on her left forearm and it now seems far from coincidental.

Miley’s reps were contacted for a statement, but there’s still no word from them. So, we have to ask, is Miley harming herself?
