For decades, no celeb home could come close to Hugh Hefner’s Playboy mansion and its famous grotto – that’s until the 25-year-old hip hop star Drake bought a gorgeous villa in the Hidden Hills suburb of Los Angeles.
The 7,500-square-foot house has 7 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms, a 24-seat movie theater, game room, gym, spa/massage room, a wine cellar and tasting room. As wonderful as this all sounds, the really fabulous part is the exterior; a tennis court, 5-stall horse facilities with a riding area, sand volleyball court and mechanical bull with its own viewing area, and a humungous with waterfalls, an 80 foot slide and a grotto that can easily rival that of the Playboy mansion.
Seems like the house of anyone’s dreams, which makes it even harder to believe Drake purchased it for only $7.7 million, while it was listed for $27 million just three years ago! That’s one heck of a deal!
