Tissot and its sister company of the Swatch Group, Swiss Timing, will provide 17 days of unrivalled Swiss timing and scoring services, from June 12 to 28. They will time the 19 different sports and their disciplines, which are showcased during the 1st European Games, that will be held in Baku. They hold the fate of more than 6’000 hardworking athletes in their hands who are counting on their expertise.

Fortunately for them, Tissot has unrivalled experience of timekeeping at major international sporting events. In addition to its Official Timekeeping partnerships with MotoGPTM, FIM World Superbike, FIBA, AFL, RBS 6 Nations Rugby, the World Championships of cycling, fencing and ice hockey entrust their timekeeping and data handling to Tissot.

Its multi-product leadership, is mirrored by timekeeping for some of the world’s most important multi-discipline sports events such as the Asian Games in 1998, 2002, 2006 and 2014, as well as the Pan American Games in Rio de Janeiro in 2007. In 2013 Tissot provided both the Summer and Winter Universiades, the biggest international multi-sport events for student athletes, with timekeeping, scoring and results services to the highest standards of accuracy. Partnerships such as these demonstrate the brand’s uncompromising precision in action.
