Spring Carnaval in Zgharta – North Lebanon

Zgharta saw its first Carnival for many years this last weekend, an event organized by the Zgharta Ehden Muncipal Council.

In the North of Lebanon, the sun was shining allowing people of Zgharta celebrate a Carnival parade. Carnival was colorful and fruitful with people dressed in special costumes designed by Art&Melon. The carnival started from the Serail to the Palace of President Frangieh Roundabout.

Many took part in the event some of which were the Al Midan Association; the Karam Association; Zgharta’s Public High School; Zgharta’s Second Public School for Girls (Madame Badra School); the Divine Care Association Centre (Inaya Ilahiya for Special Needs); College De La Salle, Kfrayachite; Seours Antonine School, Khaldieh.
