Sony’s Service Center Reception in Beirut

Alliance Electronics SAL, Sony’s official distributor and Authorized after sales Service provider in Lebanon, inaugurated its new Service Center Reception in Beirut in the presence of Osamu Miura; Managing Director – Sony Gulf FZE, Michel Fattal; Vice President – Fattal Holding, Ziad Haddad; Business Manager – Alliance Electronics SAL, and Elie Nahra; Service Center Manager – Alliance Electronics SAL. Key media representatives were invited to attend this important event and enjoyed a cocktail while visiting the newly established premises.

Alliance Electronics SAL represented by Elie Nahra (Service Center Manager, Sony Authorized Service Center in Lebanon) has been for two consecutive years, in the top three Service Centers in the region as per the annual “Service Excellence Contest” conducted by Sony Gulf FZE, Dubai on an annual basis for all Sony Service Centers across the Middle East and Africa Region.

The Sony Service Center Reception is the concretization of a process that has started with the Alliance Electronics Service Centre and its professional teams for performing home service and BRAVIA installation services. The Service Centre also has a Nationwide Call Centre (01-493493) to attend to customer queries.
