SIDCOM, a visionary Lebanese developer, announced Centerfalls, the first designer outlet resort in the Middle East to open its doors in Lebanon in spring 2016. Located in the Metn area, the integrated 72,000sqm resort concept will break new grounds in Lebanon bringing to its visitors the widest selection of luxury goods, sold all year long at discounted prices of 30 to 70% while offering the largest spectrum of restaurants and personal services ever seen in a shopping mall.

Winner of the ‘Best Retail Architecture Lebanon’ and ‘Best Retail Architecture Arabia’ awards at the Arabia International Property Awards and the “Best of the Best International Retail Architecture” award at one of the world renowned mark of excellence, the European International Property Awards, Centerfalls will become the first world-class integrated shopping, leisure and tourism destination in Lebanon.

Designed by world renowned retail architect Davide Padoa of Design International, Centerfalls will create a new landmark that will serve as a central reference point of the Metn area, both as a center of commerce and social activity, but also through its distinctive architectural language, giving the district its own local identity. Centerfalls’ architecture, inspired from the surrounding landscape, reveals a vertically open and transparent layout inviting nature to enter the building through a gigantic waterfall originating from underneath the roof terrace falling down across 5 levels into the heart of the luxury area, creating the largest waterfall ever built in a shopping destination.

“Centerfalls is the dream of 4 Lebanese partners who have a strong believe in their country and planned to set a new benchmark for service excellence in Lebanon”, said Fouad Ghorayeb Chief Operating Officer at SIDCOM. “We want to create the most thrilling experience yet, bringing more style, more luxury brands, more retail and more savings, mixing quality, design and price for a sustainable and stimulating address that would put the customer at the heart of the project”.

Centerfalls’ merchandise mix and retail concept will enable customers to enjoy an experience tailored to their specific needs”.

Centerfalls will be divided into 3 main sectors: The ‘Resort’, offering the best in fine and casual dining, entertainment, culture and personal health and care; The ‘Designer Outlets’, offering luxury clothing, electronics, ‘Pop Up’ shops; and the ‘Gourmet Market’, offering a large selection of healthy and delectable groceries.

Centerfalls will open its doors to the public in spring 2016 and will be the first Designer Outlet Resort in the middle east, where guests are treated on a personal level in a way that is normally only found in a five star hotel. The best state of the art technologies will allow the management to keep a detailed record of each guest’s habits, tastes and likes.
