Hilton Hotels & Resorts Properties In Beirut Celebrate Mother’s Day With The Elderly

The team members from Hilton Beirut Metropolitan Palace and Hilton Beirut Habtoor Grand celebrated Mother’s Day by visiting elderly ladies at a retirement home in the city.

The caring Hilton staff arrived at Ain El Remmene laden with gifts and surprised and delighted those residents who no longer had family living nearby offering a range of special personalized care packages containing bathrobes, scarves and  other pampering items as well as snacks and refreshments.

Kasper Wigen, marketing & communications manager, Hilton Beirut Habtoor Grand and Hilton Beirut Metropolitan Palace said: “We are firmly committed to our local city community and Mother’s Day was a perfect opportunity for our team members to honor Mothers and to spread a little cheer to those less fortunate.”

The community initiative was led by the hotel’s Blue Energy Committee, a group of team members found in every Hilton hotel with the purpose of uniting the hotel’s team members by delivering on the promise “to ensure every guest feels cared for, valued, and respected.” It’s a skillful, focused and engaged team whose premier responsibility is to maintain a service culture that supports the hotel team’s ability to live the Hilton values – deliver, promise, and celebrate the Hilton brand’s stories which continually focus on the experiences they create for their guests, team members, and communities.
