45 days before this annually awaited hospitality event gets underway, figures released by Hospitality Services show that by the end of 2010, a staggering 95% of HORECA 2011 has already been booked by exhibitors, hailing the show an instant success well before its start date.
Opening its doors on the 29th March until the 1st April at Beirut’s BIEL, HORECA 2011 – the 18th Edition has already proved itself as the definitive venue for the foodservice and hospitality industry, to meet face to face with people from across the region and beyond.
The most important and successful Hospitality and Food Event of the year has already attracted exhibitors from eleven countries: France, Iran, Italy, Jordan, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Poland, Sri Lanka, Syria, Turkey, and the United Arab Emirates. As the event date draws closer and closer, this number is expected to increase continuously as exhibitors of other nationalities will easily fill the15, 000 m² venue.
For the first time, France is formally involved in Horeca 2011 and will be “La France à l’honneur”
Fifteen French companies will be grouped under the “France Pavilion” to promote French expertise in the field of food, wines and spirits, products, materials and services of hospitality management.
