“Against Killing” a new song by Nicolas Nakhle

The United Nations Information Center in Beirut, in collaboration with renowned singer and composer Nicolas Saade Nakhle, launched on Friday a song titled “Against Killing,” under the patronage of Culture Minister Gaby Layyoun, during a press conference held at UNESCO Palace.

“This work couples art and culture, which aims at contributing to spreading and anchoring the culture of peace,” Layyoun said.

“It highlights a fundamental human right, the right to a safe life and to peace,” he added.

He did not fail to maintain that peace must be in tandem with justice.
