RedBull Music Academy Offers Up a Great Opportunity to Musicians: Bass Camp Beirut

For it’s second consecutive year, RBMA Bass Camp will be held in Beirut, inviting 40 of the most prominent instrumentalists, vocalists, DJs & producers from across the middle east for three days filled with lectures, studio sessions, music and more.

A select number of inspirational lecturers are invited to share their experience in music with a wider audience of 40 aspiring talents from around.

Four fully equipped studios will be provided to help mash up the different musicians in their different genres … formulating a collective audible expression unified by sound.

On the eves of the 23rd & 24th of March these 40 sound hungry musicians will be released to the streets of Beirut, lighting up a hand-picked number of pubs, clubs & venues… to let the music do the talking.

About RBMA: The Red Bull Music Academy is a world-travelling series of music workshops and festivals: a platform for those who shape our musical future. Two groups of 30 selected participants – producers, vocalists, DJs, instrumentalists and all-round musical mavericks from around the world – come together in a new musical metropolis each year for two weeks worth of recording sessions, lectures by musical luminaries and unforgettable late night jams.

RBMA’s previous stops include Berlin, Toronto, London, Melbourne, Cape Town, and most recently, Madrid. For its 15th edition, the Academy will land in New York City this Autumn for five weeks’ worth of workshops, concerts, club nights and all-round musical extravaganzas held all across the boroughs, the birthplace of diverse cultural and musical legacies.
