World famous multi Grammy winning Pop recording artist Christina Aguilera is set to perform at a once in a lifetime concert event entitled the “Michael Forever” concert. The concert being held on October 8th 2011 will pay tribute to the King of Pop Michael Jackson as well as the genius of his music. Cee Lo Green, Smokey Robinson, Alien Ant Farm, Craig David and Leona Lewis will also honor MJ with performances of their own. More acts are to be added to the already star-studded list of performers. The concert will be held at Cardiffs Millennium Stadium in Wales.
Although the event is fully supported by MJ’s mother Katherine and other sibilings it has raised the uncertainties of Randy and Jermain Jackson who oppose the timing as the concert will take place during the trail of Dr. Conrad Murray (who is charged with MJ’s manslaughter).
US Director of Global Live Events, Paul Ring stated: “This announcement is just the beginning; we have many more to announce. This concert will unite various generations and musical genres, reminding everyone of just how amazing a talent Michael was.”
This momentous concert event will be broadcasted around the world in both 2D and 3D.
