Quinoa Tabbouleh-1

Quinoa tabbouleh it’s an easy and healthy meal and it only takes up to 20-30 minutes to prepare !

What you need:

* 1 Tomato *

* 1/2 Parsley *

* Half an onion *

* 1 1/2 lemon *

* 1 cup of Quinoa *

* 1 cup and a half of water *

* Cucumber ( Optional ) *

What to do:

1- Pre-heat the water and boil the quinoa. Then take it off the heat and leave it 5-7 minutes to cool down

2- Then put it in the fridge so that the quinoa cools down

3- Chop the tomato, parsley, cucmber ( optional ), and onion into small pieces and add them all in one bowl. ( PS: Take off the parsley stems)

4- Add the quinoa with the vegetables

5- Add 1/2 cup of oil and the squeezed ( 1 1/2 ) lemon

6- Mix them all together

( Taste it again and check if it needs any extra oil, lemon, or salt )

Ready to be served… Bon Appétit !
