Building upon previous standing, Dory showcases a clever and innovative menu that will indulge visitors over and over again. The salads, appetizers, main courses and desserts are all a fusion of gorgeous presentation together with an outburst of flavor with every single bite. The art of making food look good is quite apparent, plus, the art of making it very healthy and tasteful at the same time adds a lot to the experience.
The cocktail menu includes all your favorite classics but not to forget the extraordinary offerings for those who dare to challenge new-fangled spirits with a special twist (mostly Moët et Chandon mix).
My close friend and I headed down to Zaiytunay Bay on a Tuesday evening to try out the place. We were welcomed by the manager and we choose to sit opposite to the beautiful seascape just enjoying the moments of supreme pleasure. I was really amazed after I had mychampagne and later I was craving even more. Then, the chef arrived to the table to enlighten us all about the exotic menu. Well, we tasted the delightful Spring Rolls, Calamari with vegetables and Marinated Salmon. We found Soba noodles really delicious. However, what really lured me the most was the Baby Chicken, marinated in green Thai curry with basmati rice, roasted fennel and orange chutney. Oh!!The orange aroma and its savor on top of the chicken left an upbeat scar in my mouth. Truly impressive! Moreover, the final wow-factor was the famous Vanilla Cheesecake …English-style as the head chef described.
Being a gourmet and nightlife aficionada, I would definitely recommend this venue. When you are actually there, you will wish to go back in time and repeat the whole thing again. Reveries of all kind can come true at Mywaterfront!!
