The newly renovated Mosaic opened its doors and welcomed its loyal guests ,new international cuisine lovers, as well as members from the press that gathered at Phoenicia Hotel’s Lobby to witness a new era for the Mosaic restaurant on October 6th at 8:30 pm.
Members from the hotel’s managements and communication team were there to meet and greet the attendees.
The night’s entertainment was a unique Oud player that played all kinds of great pieces from classic tunes to contemporary hits for the enjoyment of the guests. Mosaic’s dining experience is truly a unique one with several live cooking stations each catering to different tastes and cuisines. With no doubt, invitees enjoyed an exceptional international and Lebanese buffet that thrilled their senses, not to mention the gourmet cocktails served that night that will always be available for guests at Mosaic who come to grab a quick bite, have a business meeting or gather with friends.
The crowd traveled to a magical land of gastronomy where the passion to discover new dining experiences is almost a religion.
