Mosaic’s Delicious French Spirit Week

Mosaic, at the Phoenicia Hotel Beirut, is hosting a French Spirit week, from the 20^th to the 28^th, taking you on a delicious journey of French specialties, from food and wine to music and ambiance.

The launching night welcomed guests from the French embassy and the Institut Francais to enjoy all types of food within the French cuisine. Upon entering, each guest was greeted with cocktails drinks, and there was an eye-catching Eiffel Tower ice sculpture on the counter as they walked in.

There was a very wide selection of delicious dishes, beautifully displayed across Mosaic’s mouthwatering buffet tables and stations; including salads, fish, meat, pastries, desserts and much more. The presentation was wonderful and inviting, as well as the venue’s elegant décor that also featured a photo expo of stars from the ‘60s.
