The network of BICE restaurants that spans the world over began in Milan in 1926, under the unique vision of Beatrice Ruggeri, who was better known amongst her family members and friends as BICE (pronounced ‘Bee-Che’). Ruggeri, or BICE, was known for her delectable Tuscany inspired cuisine, extraordinary hospitality and personal warmth that were delivered through each greeting and every dish served. It is this spirit that continues to embody the BICE philosophy worldwide.

In 1978 Remo and Roberto took the first steps to give BICE an international cache opening a second BICE in Porto Cervo, followed by a restaurant in New York and other US cities including Miami, Beverly Hills and Chicago. International expansion has overseen restaurant openings in key worldwide destinations that include Paris, Tokyo, Madrid, Buenos Aires and Singapore. And so, from a small selection of Tuscan-inspire dishes sprouted a refined Italian chain of restaurants that can be found in five continents. Today, there are currently 35 restaurants worldwide that carry that operate under the BICE brand.

Located in Biel, BICE will be open 7 days a week for lunch and dinner offering delectable Italian cuisine in a most stunning setting, infusing enjoyment in each bite this summer.
