He is the winner of several prizes including the Gold Medal for best sugar showpiece at the Dubai Culinary Salon, the Gold Medal at Celebration Cake International in Bermuda, and the Bronze medal for chocolate showpiece at Horeca Kuwait 2012.
Chef Michael, who is based in Kuwait, will be in Beirut from the 23rd to the 25th of April in order to present his latest versions of some not-so-traditional dessert items that will be added to the two markets’ menus.
