Cozy, humble, simple and homey, Aliacci is a typical Italian Trattoria in the heart of Gemmayzeh, bringing delicious Italian food to you in an intimate and unpretentious setting.
A large chalkboard featuring the menu items, just a few wooden chairs and tables with a vintage look, colorful flower pots, wall lamps, a spiral staircase, a pizza oven and an open kitchen make Aliacci look like it’s taken out of an Italian picture book. The setting is so charming because of its minimal décor, simplicity and homey feel. The staff is very friendly and the venue itself is small enough for you to feel like you’re dining with everyone else present. It’s just as though you’re in your very own kitchen.
Make sure to try the rich and delectable parmigiana di melanzane that melts with every bite, as well as the delicious thin-crusted pizza that’s become an Aliacci must-have. The portions are generous and prices are affordable, so leave room for some tiramisu at the end.
