Set a new record with Donner Sang Compter

For the occasion of the World Blood Donor Day -WBDD, Donner Sang Compter (DSC) is organizing a huge event this Sunday, June 24th at the Forum de Beyrouth from 4pm till 11 pm.

DSC is the link between blood donors and patients.  According to the DSC website, over the years they created a “centralized database of potential volunteers ready to donate blood, platelets and plasma to patients in need”.

The event is created to thank all Blood Donors and volunteers for believing and supporting the cause of the NGO and to raise awareness about the importance of donating blood to save people’s lives.

Last year, during the DSC WBDD, the NGO broke the world record by creating the Biggest Human Blood Shape. Unfortunately, Korea did a similar event and broke the DSC record.
Help them beat the record yet AGAIN BY joining in on Sunday at 6:00pm, so we can regain our title as the Biggest Human Blood Shape. To achieve this goal, they are counting on you and your friends to help so be numerous!

That’s not all. This event will be hosted by the comedian Nemr Abou Nassar, and you will enjoy the day while listening to awesome songs performed by “Meen”, “Jammit the band” and “Tree Hoopers”.

Moreover, AUBMC is organizing a big blood drive to collect blood that will be donated to the St. Jude, Children Cancer Center.

Awareness games and free blood tests will also part of the event.

Again, DSC is counting on you to break the record so JOIN and have an unforgettable experience. Your presence is important. Remember, every drop counts!
