Announcing The Lebanese International Dance Festival 2013

Amour et Partage and the Lebanese International Dance Festival Association (LDIF) held a press conference on March 22nd in the exotic Beach resort Edde Sands, in order to launch the Lebanon International Dance Festival which will be hosted in the exotic Edde sands beach resort on 6-7-8-9TH September 2013

The objectives of this Press Conference is to inform the public of the happening of such a huge and artistic event, as more than 30 Famous international top dancers of latin and Afro Cuban dancing will be present in Lebanon for the first time and animate more than 80 workshops during the festival days, whereby young and older people, advanced dancers and beginners can enjoy the artistic expression of dancing in the most luxurious beach resorts in Lebanon and raise Awareness for Amour et Partage and the LIDF activities.

The press conference started by a welcoming speech of Mrs Anna Chiha, then the floor was given to Mrs Sima Hafez who gave a snapshot on the association Amour et Partage a non profit organization taking care of elderly homeless people in Lebanon through its two residences Mansourieh the main and the satellite in Bickfaya. The aim of this association resides in bringing back the smiles on our elderly deprived residents. The purpose of the partnership between Amour et Partage and the LIDF is to create an awareness for cultural and social interest in life and Celebrate the Hymn to life, and joy forgotten in our beloved Country.

Following that, Mr Ziad Kassis was able to show a promo video of the event and explained the program of the festival extending over 4 days and 3 nights on 6,7,8,9 september 2013 , in cooperation with the municipality of Jbeil and Edde SANDS BEACH RESORT and whereby more than 1000 Beginners and professional dancers will share the dance floors in the 72 workshops organized for that purpose under the supervision and animation of the international professors and dancers and will be able to enjoy 3 Mega beach and dance parties given by the top dancers under the rythm of salsa, samba, bachata, rumba, cha cha, Zumba, as well as local dances such as our traditional Dabke and much more.
