Welcome to the Starlight Lounge, the glamorous latest addition to the culinary family of Eddé Sands.

Situated on the rooftop of éL’Hotel and framed by floor-to-ceiling windows, the Starlight Lounge offers you the most spectacular views of the Byblos-Beirut Bay, combined with a cuisine and experience you’ll never forget.

As you settle into the comfortable, yet alluring surroundings, you’ll be spoilt for choice with the wide variety of healthy options from our wholesome menu. In addition to the restaurant’s distinctive charm, this season sees the introduction of the new fondue menu accompanied by entertainment from local favorite, pianist Tony Fakhoury every Friday and Saturday night.
