After the relative calm of the last few weeks on “The Official Lebanese Top 20”, there’s finally some movement again : 6 New Entries, and a new Number 1 ! First it is worth noting that famous Swedish DJ / Producer Avicii with Aloe Blacc is reclaiming the Number 1 spot he lost to Lady Gaga more than a month ago with “Wake Me Up”, one of the biggest summer hits in Lebanon! That’s a definitive premiere! A big thumbs up to Avicii .. Well done!
From the 6 New Entries this week, we have “Counting Stars” at Number 7 from American pop / rock band One Republic, “Wrecking Ball” at Number 8 from American singer Miley Cyrus, “Atlas” at Number 11 from British alternative rock band Coldplay, and “Ya Watani” at Number 20 from Lebanese crooner Joe Ashkar. On OLT20 this week we have 7 Local and Regional artists, and 13 Occidental ones!
