After the huge success of “Get Lucky” from French house music duo Daft Punk, we now have to look towards both the UK & the US as “Blurred Lines” from American R&B recording artist Robin Thicke has not only managed to Top both Charts but also did the same in our own Lebanese Top 20 as well. All of this during the same calendar week! First time ever such a thing happens! “Blurred Lines” is also a worldwide hit reaching the Top 10 in places like Belgium, Denmark, France, Italy, Portugal, and many other countries.
From the New Entries of the week, the highest one is “Kifak Enta” at Number 2 from Lebanese singer Myriam Fares who will be the guest on this week’s OLT20 Radio Show, followed by “Khashkhash 7adid El Mohra” at Number 11 from Lebanese singer Layal Abboud, and finally “Wild” at Number 19 from British singer-songwriter Jessie J, featuring guest appearances from Big Sean & Dizzee Rascal.
