HORECA is the region’s biggest annual hospitality trade fair covering all aspects of the hotel, restaurant and catering industry. Established in 1994, it has ever since been a yearly reunion for the hospitality and food and beverage industries from the Middle East region and beyond.
The show is taking place in Biel from March 29 – April 1.
In its 18th year, more than 350 companies from all around the world, including countries like Egypt, France, Iran, Italy, Jordan, KSA, Kuwait, Lebanon, Poland, Sri Lanka, Syria, Turkey and the UAE came together to bring you the hottest products, accessories, trends, innovations and ideas.
The guest of honor at HORECA 2011 is Hervé This, a physical chemist and co-creator of molecular gastronomy.
