Crazy Opera at Byblos International Festival

The fusion performance Crazy Opera at the Byblos International Festival last night is one that won’t be forgotten for a while! Samar Salamé, and her guest Tony Abou Jaoudeh, as well as Ziyad Sahhab on Oud, the Choir of the Antonine University, the Orchestra Conductor F. Toufic Maatouk, with the Stage Director Jean Sakr and a troupe of talented Lebanese dancers took the audience by storm yesterday night. The opera show combined different kinds of songs and dance performances that really moved the audience, with a fusion of arias, dance, stage show, classical and oriental music and chorus. The euphoric atmosphere in the magical venue of Byblos made it truly a night to remember.
