Head Chef Rabih Founy has created a beautiful gastronomic three course menu complimenting perfectly Ksara wines character and terroir.
The fine Red Mullet will accompanied with the delicate Ksara Gris de Gris.
Eau de Vie’s famous Grain Fed Beef will be served with the Ksara Chateau Rouge, a marriage made in heaven.
Finally our specialty desert, the Mont Blanc and its wild fresh raspberries will be the perfect match to the Ksara Chardonnay.
Our Sommelier Team and producers will be present to introduce the wines.
