Her club land adventures with Uproar Dance Music Magazine allowed her access to the godfathers of dance music such as Danny Rampling, Dave Clarke and dance music legends Underworld. From here she worked on air and behind the scenes on various radio stations while always keeping her feet firmly on the ground and in touch with new youth culture and media.
In 2008 C-Set produced and presented Ireland’s only dance music related TV show called SCOOTER GIRL on City Channel Ireland– an urban adventure on an electric scooter out on the streets and clubs with the real ravers and revellers of Ireland. DJ’s she interviewed along the way included Style of Eye, Chymera, Glen Brady and the Godfather….
In 2009 C-Set was back on air on Friday Nights www.powerfm.org one of Ireland’s longest running dance music radio stations which in now currently online. Her show DECKS AND THE CITY is a rather fun show focusing on tech house and techno with a twist of something new and fresh weekly. She ain’t talking about shoe’s that’s for sure… Interviews with Adam Freeland, Damien Lazarus and some old blasts from the past 11pm – 1am Friday nights…
C-SET was also involved in Irelands RTE’s Pulse digital Radio and in 2009 was the dance music writer for Hot Press Magazine while also works behind the scenes on many dance music related projects…such as a popular night in Ireland called LAUNDRY.
Having played in clubs POD, Crawdaddy, TRIPOD, Wax and SWITCH in Dublin it was time to bring her house and tech house sound to a city that always loves to party, Beirut! Wonderbar welcomes C-Set on June 26th.
