J&B Sour

Ingredients

  • 50ml J&B
  • 20ml lemon juice
  • 20ml sugar syrup
  • half egg white (optional)
  • dash Angostura bitters

METHOD

‘Tamp’ the mint leaves in the bottom of a highball. Add all other ingredients and fill with crushed ice. Stir well and top with soda. Garnish with a mint sprig.
