Ingredients
- 50ml J&B
- 20ml lime juice
- 20ml sugar syrup
- 3/4 mint leaves
- 20ml soda
METHOD
‘Tamp’ the mint leaves in the bottom of a highball. Add all other ingredients and fill with crushed ice. Stir well and top with soda. Garnish with a mint sprig.
