The Kuwaiti Legend Nabil Shoail refused to have a liposuction Operation due to his excess weight. Nabil Shoail refused the operation after he was told that it would effect his singing voice. The Kuwaiti Superstar was not convinced of the fact that no change happened to the singer Hussein Al Jasmi after the vote to the process of liposuction.
