Italian chef Roberto Bulian recently opened up his restaurant Basilio in Gemmayze. The venue is inspired by chef Basilio who taught Bulian everything he knows about fresh pasta. All pasta is handmade and served fresh to customers as an edible piece of art. The unique taste of multicereal pizza dough among many other of the chef’s creations are a treat for your taste buds that will transport you to the north of Italy where chef Bulian is from.
